Yeah seems the only problem is it is not able to read the graphics files I laid into the thing. I will explore further but am trying to just upload it to google docs for the moment. This is most aggravating LoL

I think some of the newer Excel versions create HTML directly. There may be a plug-in to do that, I have not persued that because Gnumeric always worked for what I did.
