Ah, but who keeps winning head-to-head? Caps.

Note to the Pens: It is considered good manners to shake the hands of the opposing teams after a big match when you lose. It's not just when you win.

Congrats Caps fans. Your team wanted it and took it.
No they don’t shake hands for anything other than elimination games. This was a regular season win. Caps and Pens will meet again this regular season and probably again in the playoffs.
I haven’t yet watched this on TV but the ice was awful. Also that old cliche of the ice being tilted was literally true. Hope it looked better on TV.

It is considered good manners to shake the hands of the opposing teams after a big match when you lose. It's not just when you win.

No it isn't. The season isn't even half over. Handshakes are for after a playoff series ends.
