What do they mean NEW, I have been buying these same forever stamps for at least a year.

Yep. I have been doing so for the past 3yrs.

Are they in limited supply when printed every year.
I ask for them but sometimes they are not available at our grocery postal outlet.

I suppose I should be saving them for down the road when the cost of mailing goes even higher.

Which is possible it could go up extremely as more people turn to doing paperless mailing via the net,

If costs go to high the govt will have to get out of the postal service.

Between private package service and internet paperless transactions using the USPostal service in time could become history.

They mean ALL NEW stamps good for the base First-class postage will be “Forever” stamps, not just the Liberty Bell stamps that have been sold for a few years at the same time as 44-cent Simpson stamps, 44-cent Black Heritage stamps, 44-cent holiday stamps,. . . and the 42-cent stamps they replaced.

I recently bought a book of “Holiday Greens” “Forever” stamps.
