Yeah. . .many times, and also in flight. . . MiG-29 is a piece of rusting steel and a gas-hog.
An F-16 (aerodynamically speaking) is a world apart, generations, generations ahead of anything like the MiG-29.

Several years ago the wife and I flew up to Ohio near Dayton to attend her brother's wedding. We got weathered in for a couple of days and since we were only about an hour from Dayton we decided to go and see the AF museum. (We're both pilots) It was the first time I'd seen a MIG 29 up close. My jaw dropped when I saw how poorly it was built. Bolt heads sticking up out of the top of the wings, very poor fit on access hatches, etc. A real POS. I almost mustered some sympathy for Russian pilots.....almost.....
