Keep Calm. The Holter will tell them what is going on in EKG, and if there is any coronary ischemia. You are right to be concerned but to stay calm. Keep your blood pressure low, easy on any caffeine.
If you can, have someone there that can keep an eye on you.
The STR test for a full stroke:
S - ask the person to...Smile. :o)
T - ask the person to Talk - to speak a simple coherent sentence. “It’s a sunny day outside”
R - ask the person to Raise both arms.
Fail at any ONE of these? call 9-1-1.
Chew a couple of aspirin with water. Tell the EMS people you did. The can give you on the spot clot busters if that’s their protocol.

If you can smile = Good
If they can tell you something pertinent to a question you ask = Good(they don’t even have to get the answer right i.e. What time is it? If they tell you a time, even after looking at a clock and it’s incorrect, doesn’t matter)
Last step and very important - Smile = Excellent! Doesn’t matter how you get them to smile and that means acting like a dork if that’s what it take but do it with a smile right looking right at their eyes.
Pass? Then wait 10 minutes and observe, repeat.
Fail? 911
