Hitler loved Blondi so much he had her poisoned in the Fuhrerbunker just before he croaked. Didn’t want his dog to outlive the Thousand Year Reich.
Same way Paul Josef Goebbels and his wife poisoned their SIX children rather than let them survive.
BTW, my rich neighbor tells me a `splash’ is the standard measurement for mixing a Scotch on ice. His cat is named “Dewars”. But it’s Captain Obvious that Kennedy knew exactly what he was doing when he named his dog “Splash”; it was the Swimmer’s way of telling Mary Jo’s parents “you better put some ice on that”.
Every video of Blondi with Hitler shows the dog cowering, head to the ground, ears flat, one with audio the dog is whimpering.
