This is possibly the first time that I disagree with you.

The debris from such ilk is much too toxic to be recycled. I wouldn't want anything made from their dust. The insanity may leak out. The isotopes will take centuries before the bad ju jube dies out from them, even if pulverized with an atom smasher.

I say the dust needs to be sent in to outer-space so that it orbits a sun far from ours.
