If you do the right and honest thing then for the rest of your life you'll remember the event with a good feeling. If you do the wrong thing you'll experience the opposite. So, do the right thing and settle up.

That’s absolutely correct. I once ordered a pair of cheap ($25) headphones from the online Sony store to use with my MP3 player. Sony sent me two pairs but only charged me for the one. I called customer service and offered to send the second pair back. The customer service rep. told me to keep the headphones and thanked me for being so honest. I never forgot that.
