I haven’t heard anything but I’ve been informed that there is a rush on in Mississippi’s southern counties (Coast Electric Power Association) to install the remote accessible power meters.

Here in Texas we received information on this (pamphlet with our power bill). It also said that they would control the power during peak times.

I say *NO* and I will resist, things are going too far.

What they are talking about is placing an exorbitant sir charge on use during the peak usage times. They will establish the price per(?) The PSC shot this scheme down here in Maryland. But I doubt if it will star dead for long.
