HOUSTON - A 18-year-old pregnant woman has gone missing and could possibly be in labor.
Karen Denys Lara is 9-months pregnant, according to a release from the Texas Center of the Missing. She was scheduled to deliver her baby on Friday.
Lara was last seen Thursday afternoon in the 5200 block of Willow Glen in southwest Houston. She left home telling family members she was going to walk to the store.
She has not answered her cell phone and has not been located at any nearby hospital.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Houston Police Department at 713-731-5223.

So two possible scenarios. Daddy-to-be changed his mind & got rod of the mother & baby. Or some lunatic did an at-home C-section & stole the child.
Yikes. Sick world. Pray for this girl.
I had the same dreadful thoughts. God help her and her baby.
Oh dear, this sounds bad. One can only assume that had she gone into labor and been taken to the hospital by police, etc. of course people would know about it.
Not good. I pray for this woman’s safe return.
I vote Baby-Daddy made “the problem” go away.
That is what I am afraid of. That is why I posted this in the hopes of finding mom and baby alive.
