You’re very fortunate; this is how the conversation usually goes:
“You take them.”
“No, you take them.”
“But I took them last time.”
“That’s OK. Take them anyway.”
“I’d rather not.”
“But I insist.”
“I’ll be glad to take them if you all don’t want ‘em.”
Drying them out too much is the easy part. I’ve never done them on a rotisserie, I bet that would work b/c they are so lean. Wonder if anyone has tried to brine them before cooking? Delicioso!
