My guess is that her unfriending you had more to do with her leftist instinct to protect herself from rational thinking than tolerance because most liberals, deep down, understand that their views are a corruption of morality and never want to be confronted with facts which might cause them the discomfort of having to logically address this immorality.

It is really not that much different than a drunk refusing to address his alcoholism.
