I don’t know, but with all the pork and earmarks, it seems to me, it’s bee a long time in the making and several lame duck RINOS are thrilled -— they’re committed to voting FOR it. Senator’s Bennett (Utah) Kt Bond (MO) Voinovitch (Ohio) and Susan Collins thinks she will vote for it and when I called Thad Cochrane’s office today, I’m sure he’s a “yes” and the beat goes on. Cochrane is the biggest porker in the Senate!
