I think it is funny that his compatriots ratted him out to the cops. Doesn't look like the punks have a unified front.

I guess they saw that he was about to start the fire and ratted him out. Why he was not arrested for trying to burn down the building then is beyond me. He also stole boots from a looted store. I think the fire trick could be something that gets him thrown in jail.
