However, such would still not sufficiently explain seeing THE SAME THING a generation and geography apart.

If they share a genetic neurological quirk it would. Persons with impaired neurological function {known to them or unknown} seem to be more prone to some forms of adverse reactions. High school kids too have known for years that Contact capsules likely used to contain some chemicals that could whack them out.

A lot of these reactions doctors do not even catch. For example you have someone in the family who suffers from depression. Their doctor writes a script for Zoloft or similar. A year or two later everytings fine. Then they get a bad sinus infection or head cold and head to the drug store. Ah a bottle of NyQuil and the remember ah yes mom used to give me that as a child and they buy it and take it.

A few hours later their spouse walks in and finds them in what to most persons be called a psychotic state. They may be seeing the devil and the devil they see may be you. Their TRIP much like that of LSD is their reality. So the spouse calls 911 and off to the ER they go. But the doctor sees the patient and says OK this person is a mental case and needs to be in a mental institute. Then that spouse is powerless. They can't sign for treatment because the person is not mentally there. The spouse may say hey doc what about blood work? Nah can't do that or won't do that. Off to the mental institute they go.

In walks Dr Good Shrink. Rather than discontinue all medications and see the person with out chemical influences the medication lets say Zoloft gets increased then the person is getting close to dieing.

There is a medical term for it many doctors are totatly oblivious too and it's deadly serious. It's called Serotonin Syndrome. It's not Tin Foil Hype I can promise you and give you my word solemn word on it. I've seen it myself. Cold medications when taken in too large of quantities can screw up brain chemistry if chemicals like SSRI's are involved much more so.

I have it on my medical records no Serotonin Altering Medications as does my wife. We are both neurologically impaired. She was the one who I speak of but no cold medication was involved. It was an adverse medication reaction to SSRI's. I can't take them either. I have to be careful about what cold meds I take. But the medication I take for my seizures {Xanax} helps prevent a medication from doing it to me. She takes the same medication as well and is likely the reason she didn't die.

My wife thought she was Tess. Tess as in Della Reese on Touched by an Angel. My wife is white but loved that show. What she saw a few days up too the onset became her reality. I had to fight two medical hospitals and a state mobile crisis unit to get her help. No doctor diagnosed her. Six attending MD's and two Shrinks missed it. GOD is mentioned considerably in this thread. GOD gave me the answer. A nudge if you will to type in her medications on a search engine +{ adverse reactions. Yea some may say search engines do that LOL. What are the chances of the first hit being an article written by that very hospitals Pharmacology Professor especially when it isn't that well know a university on a national scale?

I'm not saying it couldn't be a spiritual issue but there are also many neurological reasons as well. Many of which are not a form of mental illness either.

True enough about those items and issues.

However,

NONE OF THAT

Explains the SAME OBSERVATION OF THE SAME CREATURE/CRITTER/BEING/IMAGE

generations and geographies apart.

Neurological etc. may foster STRANGE perceptions in some roughly same ball park.

They virtually never foster identical images in different people—genetically related or not.

For example . . .

I think even this example is beyond what you were talking about—i.e. too specific for what you were talking about—but for illustration . . .

Neurological fostered hallucinations or whatever may “see”

a fuzzy, foggy, ominous image of some sort.

[Personally, when it gets ominous, neurological or not, I’d still think demonic forces]

Two different people even with identical neurological problems will

NOT

BOTH see . . .

a figure of identical proportions, identical appearance, identical size, identical apendages, identical clothing, identical eyes, identical head etc. etc. etc.
