All of the instances you mention occurred in the summer months ... not in November in North America.

You are implying that that would make a difference.

Disagree ... aircraft sits on hot tarmac prior to take off.
Tires are hot metal in aircraft wheel well also hot. This would keep temperatures high enough in flight for an individual to survive.
