I am also quite perplexed. Usually I am able to quickly identify the ‘chupacabra’ ....e.g. a dog with a bad skin disorder, or a carcass that has been worked over by decay in a unique way. This photo however ...if it isn’t a p’shop ...is different. As the guy stated, I hope it is vegeterian (doubtful, since it wouldn’t be so skinny with all that vegetation). I hope some FReeper can shed some light on this.
