I would have sold it to the Japanese.Isn’t tuna a ridiculous price in Japan?

Yellowfin is regarded as sushi grade and would fetch a fine price in Japan. He’s a fool for sending it to the taxidermist. Frame the picture and pocket the substantial profit.

What ? A 10 day out of San Diego got the record Yellowfin ? Thought you needed to take at least a 14 day trip all the way down to the Socorro/Clarion Islands to get at the record big tuna. Or at least one of the short rides out of Cabo.

The guy who caught the fish used to work here. He retired a few years ago.
