I see someone linked you to the HTML SANDBOX. That’s good.

However, first be aware that if you DO NOT USE ANY HTML commands, and you cut/paste a URL into your post, it will AUTOMATICALLY be made a clickable link.

IF you use ANY HTML commands in your post, you must use the proper command (which is an A HREF command) to turn a URL into a clickable link.

So, sometimes less is better. Hope that helps.
