OU will kick the crap out of UConn
Ping.
I see.
Horrible matchup, just like Nebraska rematch with Washington. This seasons bowls are a joke.
“...since upon landing at LAX, the Big 10 teams turn into a bunch of bumpkins, seeing the Big City for the first time and proceed to get their clocks cleaned.”
Yeah, like the last 3 times Wisconsin went to the Rose Bowl.

Pass? Never!
Boomer! Sooner! :-)
There was a regional HS playoff game in the Houston area this weekend - over 41,000 in attendance.
You are right about Wisconson and Stanford. They are amongst the four best teams in the country.
Looking forwad to Oregon sticking it to Auburn, which has a suspect defense. If Oregon is within 14 points at half time, they will beat Auburn by at least 14.
Auburn has the one great defensive tackle, but he will wear down by the middle of the 3rd quarter.
A round of golf on New Year’s Day suddenly has very strong appeal.
So happy to have UConn football go to the Festa Bowl!
Do not underestemate what Connecticut can do to Oklahoma. Just ask the USF Bulls.
Auburn will beat the crap out of Oregon. It won’t even be close. Oregon hasn’t played anything like the schedule that Auburn has this year.
Let’s see Oregon go through South Carolina twice, Arkansas, LSU, Mississippi State, Georgia, and Alabama defending the national championship at home ... in addition to the national media.
The mismatch will be obvious by the second quarter.
Boise State can’t beat Nevada. They should have gone to the national championship? On what grounds? How did they get screwed? They had their shot.
Note: Alabama would have beat Oregon, TCU, or Boise State. LSU too.
There is no fair way to do it. You simply do what the NCAA does for the basketball tourney. You have a selection committee.
Agree, but got to wonder how much this Newton flap is going to impact the game. The media will be relentless in grilling the kid.
In my part of the country A & M and LSU are amongst the most boisterous of fans. At least half those loud mouths will be shut for a few days afterwards.
The Big East champion gets an automatic BCS birth.
