A 53-year-old former girls basketball coach from Renton who was convicted in 2003 of sexual misconduct with a minor was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 32 months for identity theft and Social Security fraud.
Anthony D. Giles was alleged to be using the identity of a deceased infant as early as 1990, according to the release from the U.S. Attorney Office in Seattle. Prosecutors said he had gotten drivers licenses and social security cards in the baby’s name. They also said he used it to obtain work at Boeing and to avoid having to disclose that he was a Level III registered sex offender.

Again, why was he ever let out of jail?
A sex offender that is caught anywhere near one of my kids or grandchildren won’t have to worry about going to jail. He’ll never make the trip.

How many illegal aliens are doing exactly that? Stealing identities in order to gain employment? This is a morally wrong thing to do, but in a society where you cannot obtain work without the #, he is just doing the fraud that most Americans wouldn’t do.

I think the ruling was that it isn't illegal to use a made up SSN. I think it's still illegal to impersonate someone else by using their SSN.

What is wrong is that we are having to hear far too many reports of the sacks of sh*t committing their heinous crimes against our children and then they go Scott free to go out and destroy yet another innocent life.

Obummer is presently using the SSAN # of a long dead man in Connecticut (I believe) (as well as over 60 others according to investigation from Detectives hired by those attempting to bring suit against Obummer for fraud...that get nowhere for lack of standing), when are the authorities going to investigate our fraudulent Prez?
