No problem though offending all Christians. So much for the diversity nonsense...
Time for a new bank.

Wachovia is Wells Fargo NOW here in Texas. I thought they went out of business?

I thought banks didn’t want customers inside the branches any more. Don’t some of them charge extra to do transactions face-to-face that you could have accomplished at the ATM or by computer?

Wachovia is slowly being phased out by their masters, Wells Fargo. Boycotting them is fairly meaningless since they won’t exist soon (already gone in Georgia).
I Googled ‘Wells Fargo Christmas Tree’ and they sponsored tree lightings all over the country.

Backfired. They don’t want to risk offending so they adopt a no tree policy that I find very offensive. Well done!

I have not seen anyone offend by Christmas trees, but I have seen them offended by the lack of Christmas Trees. Christmas is so commercialized now anyways that it is just a marketing ploy by companies instead of a time to celebrate Christ’s birth.

LOL! Good. I was gonna yank an account from these corrupt clowns anway. Wells Fargo owns Wachovia and slimy Warren Buffet - Obama’s friend is a major shareholder in the Wells.

Not surprising. They are a bunch of a-holes.
Growing up here in NC where they are headquartered, a lot of people called them “Walk-All-Over-Ya” instead of Wachovia. ;)

Ask ‘em if they’re going to be open on Christmas Day.

A corporate spokesperson told FOX35 News they don't put up Christmas trees so as not to offend their non-Christian customers. And exactly what do Christmas trees have to do with Christianity?
To: My Favorite Headache
A few years ago,we were preparing a liquor store I once worked at for the Christmas season, and the owner called up,(of course he called...he couldn’t lower himself to actually come to the store and be with us “little people”),and said not to “over-do” the Christmas “angle”,so as not to “offend” non-Christians.
After 9/11,he again called and told us to stay open later, because people would be “depressed and want to drink more and we could REALLY make some money”.(A real “sensitive” guy, wasn’t he?).
Again, after 9/11,we had put up a small 8 x 11 “God Bless America” sign behind the registers. It only took one pain-in-the-*ss to complain to him that the sign “offended” him for him to take it down.
Guess who’s out of business now?

We asked Wachovia's corporate office for a statement on why no trees. They sent us this statement, "At Wachovia, we respect the diversity of our customers and team members therefore we are decorating our stores with poinsettia plants so that everyone can be included." My religion -- Cthuluism -- HATES poinsettias.
They are OFFENSIVE.

therefore we are decorating our stores with poinsettia plants so that everyone can be included
Well guess no one better tell them about the tradition behind Pointsettias :)
Poinsettias are believed to have originated in central and south America and were recorded, described, and revered by the ancient Aztec peoples. This flowering plant eventually became a symbol of Christmas to the Mexican culture and it became a tradition to use poinsettia plants to decorate during Christmas time.
In 1824 the American Ambassador to Mexico, Joel Poinsett attended church service on Christmas Eve and was impressed with the bright red flowers used to decorate the church alter. Poinsett took seeds with him when he went back to America and shared the plants with local churches during Christmas celebrations over the next several years.
Because Joel Poinsett was so closely associated with the plant in the United States, people who bought them started calling them Poinsetts plants or Poinsettias. Today, millions of Poinsettia plants decorate homes throughout the world. The colors of the plant, red to represent the blood shed for human redemption and green representing the promise of new life and rebirth tie in with the religious teachings of Christmas and the preparation of starting a new year.

Stores?
“Scuse me...Are the Benjamins on sale?”
“We want everyone to be included...”
Except those who want you to acknowlege that without Christmas, THERE IS NO FREAKIN CELEBRATION!!!
Glad I have no business with these a-ho—s.

Now wait a minute, I thought they were “Holiday Trees” so they wouldn’t offend anybody. I can’t keep up with the PC contortions.
