It’s good to know there is possible relief to you and others.
Drug companies and docs push that crap Lyrica despite 50% can’t take it because of the bad side effects. Or they want to give you anti-depressants which fog the mind. Fibro has it’s own ‘brain fog’ and doesn’t need a drug doing more fogging. Sleeping pills are dangerous if taken often again something else to become dependent on. Pain pills mean getting dependent on them and needing more and more..then comes the intestinal side effects from them.
Believe me I’ve tried it all and the best relief I’ve had is from the decades old Valium and (as needed) 8 hr tylenol. I’ve been on it for about 16 months and NO side effects.
