That looks DELICIOUS, even if it IS SQUID!
ML, they serve it over crispy rice noodles, with the BEST dipping sauce, with coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper. You will never taste calamari as good anywhere. It is very thin strips, and crispy - but not oily. No fishy taste at all.
Tell ya what. If you go to P.F. Chang’s and order it and don’t like it, I will buy it. (You just have to send me the uneaten portion.) LOL!!!
