My sister in Oakridge Oregon called me last night and said when they arrived home, ( been in Korea for 5 months)...their kitchen was flooded by a broken pipe. They did the same.. wet vaccumed and hopefully no damage. Theirs was on hardwood floors.

Looks like the carpet is ok it took 3 days to dry with fans and wet dry blower on it. Ceiling where it leaked has to be cut out and about a 3 ft patch and re-popcorned and painted. Hate that stuff, man comes Monday to do ceiling, under our deductible.
