Well ... I think I have almost finished shopping for Marissa. I still need to get her some clothes and may try to pick up a couple of small items and of course I need to shop for stocking stuffers.
I’m going to try shopping online tomorrow while Marissa is at Saturday Bible Study.
I’m thinking HoneyBaked Ham and turkey for Christmas dinner this year. I don’t want to spend several hours cooking Christmas dinner. I want to try your sweet potato casserole and will decide later what else I might pick up that is already cooked.
Amy, buy a couple boxes of Betty Crocker Scalloped potatoes (or the Au Gratin ones) - prepare as directed on the box, and add two bunches of green onions, chopped, with ends. Bake as directed.
This my son’s VERY favorite scalloped potatoes dish - and he almost devoures the whole dish~!
