seems enough of a reason right there to stomp this one into the ground from whence it came - I'm beginning to understand a little more clearly why the Feds turned the water off to the Central Valley (calif) last year followed by conglomerates buying up the desertified farms.

So in what is left of 2010 there will be more spent on a bill that has not taken effect than the entire economy for that same time period?
