My PC has a 27 inch 1080p monitor and 5.1 surround sound. My TV is a 37 inch 720p with built-in speakers.
I don't watch much TV, but I do play computer games. Racing is my hobby. It's cheaper than golf (I lost a lot of balls . . .)

I have a new Sony Bravia 1920X1080 47”, with a new Sony Blu Ray. I can play regular (non HD or Blu Ray) old DVDs and they look Hi Def on this tv, (NL’s Christmas Vaca). Apparently it ‘upconverts’ or something like that. I should also mention that we had a Blu Ray DVD of the original Star Trek tv show and it looked like old tv.
