NO-FLOUR PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
2 C peanut butter [smooth or crunchy]
2 C sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C chocolate chips, peanuts, etc
Stir all ingredients together and chill until fairly firm.
Preheat oven to 350 F
Roll dough into 30 to 36 balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets, flattening the balls with a fork in a criss-cross pattern
Bake 15 minutes
