Every CEO knows that it is never wise to get too close to female subordinates. It can be a real career wrecker...


It is a bit different for the Pope, in as much as everyone on earth is in some sense a subordinate. Having a group of four rather than a single individual does do something to prevent the forging of too great an individual bond.
