Gracious? Lady? What kind of gracious lady says winning would be a big middle finger to those who don’t like her mother?

It was a dancing competition until Bristol made it to the finals, and then the media made it political when it went into a frenzy campaign against her. For the entire week, the attacks on Bristol and the accusations of a tea party conspiracy (without a shred of evidence to back it up) were in the news. Some in the liberal media even went digging deep into her sister's facebook postings looking for dirt, which was publicized with the purpose of destroying Bristol.
It doesn't take a brain surgeon to recognize the brutal media campaign against her during the final week of the competition with the goal of damaging her chances of winning.
Perhaps Bristol might have though that the show would afford her the same discretion they afforded other contenders when they spouted the F word on camera. Brandy using the F word comes to mind, and even her partner told her “there is no need for that!” Also, Jennifer said the F word and no one in the media reported prominently, though I and all those watching heard her.
Middle finger is a nicer way of saying the F word, though I imagine how the haters might feel bothered by it.
