losing can sometimes be the best prize. Bristol Palin was a good loser, leaving Dancing with the Stars as a gracious lady. I hope she remembers the pride she felt when she reached so far out of her comfort zone and did so well. I hope that she doesn't turn into another media blitzed wild child.

To be honest, Bristol Palin does remind me of the kid next door. I don't know many that could have held up under the blitz attacks. I wish people could control their ugly sides better..including me.

warped world of the USA where Dancing with Stars is more important than a shooting war resuming on the Korean Peninsula

Well Jennifer Grey is a performer and has been dancing for years. Really when you think about it, it’s like having an amateur football game and a professional shows up to play.

I definitely agree. The whole thing was a farce. That being said I don’t watch the show.

I guess all the libtards can put down their sniper rifles and go home now.

Bristol the Pistol is a doll. Congrats to her. I am very happy she showed such character, and also that she has a good paycheck. What I want to know is does anyone believe Jen rupture a disk Monday and danced Tuesday?

She has more maturity and grace than 50 year old whiny camera hog Jennifer Grey. Bristol did Alaska and her family proud. Now, if she can only wise up about that loser Levi.

I was recently looking at some UTUBE scenes of Jennifer Grey dancing with Patrick Swayzee in Dirty Dancing. She was billed as an actress and amateur dancer in this contest where amateurs were pared with professionals. Looking at Greys’ performances in Dirty Dancing, I would hardly categorize her as an “Amateur”. It was a Pro dancing with a Pro against couples where there were Amateurs’ dancing with Pros’. It was a “No Contest” for Grey from the start who was perfect in every dance.

Having experienced a ruptured disk..no..I do not believe it. I thought this article was dead on when it talked about the View and Bristol if SHE had been injured!

A “ringer”!

Also a sympathy vote as well as an excellent dancer.

Really too bad about the nose.

There could not have been a bigger underdog than Bristol Palin. A twenty year old, two years from high school and some dancing at a prom? Compared to Jennifer Gray and her injuries excuses, along with the older, experienced contestants that Bristol competed with, she did absolutely fantastic in more ways than one! Kudos and plaudits to Bristol for her courage to come out of her shell and join the competition, winning 3rd place!

Bristol Palin was a good loser, leaving Dancing with the Stars as a gracious lady.

Telling the television audience that a win would be a huge middle finger to all those who hate her mother and who hate her is neither gracious or lady-like.

I was thinking the same thing. When they lead the program with her announcing that she had a ruptured disk ... pandering. Also, I’ve had a ruptured disk twice and could barely walk, much less dance. The way she was bouncing around and twisting, there is NO WAY she has a ruptured disk.

>>>Telling the television audience that a win would be a huge middle finger to all those who hate her mother and who hate her is neither gracious or lady-like.

But it’s brutally honest. I like that.

Professional dancer, feigning accident, trumps amateurs.

When did she say what you claim?
Sounds like another RomneyBOT-Romney dirty trick.

How about you getting some death threats for “dancing” and lets see how gracious you are.
