I’ve been making seafood gumbo for almost 20 years, been tweaking the recipe, but it’s been stable now for about the last 4 years. Would’ve posted it, but it was lost electronically with the last PC, have it in hardcopy notes if anyone’s interested, I could type it back up (need to anyway.)
