Let’s see, I was pretty accurate with last year’s prediction on the Earthracer’s fate. Wonder if I can go 2 for 2 on the new intercepter?

I predict that the intercepter will get disabled, probably north of the 60, by running into another ‘ecological nightmare.’ A drifting net or long line gets wrapped around the prop, with Sea Shepherd calling for emergency funds for repairs and alas, the repair time keeping the intercepter from actually engaging the fleet and wild accuations abour Japanese plots to disable the craft because they are so afraid of it.

Bold predictions, I know, but from what I’ve heard, they haven’t paid off the boat yet, and their normal donations are barely going to cover the opperating costs of the other two vessles and helecopter.

Here's my prediction, and I've got several previous years of data to back it up:

The Steve Irwin, with Admiral Coco Puffs in command, will have to return to port twice as often as the other ships, who will be left haplessly looking for the Japanese without his guidance. It's amazing how quickly the cheap booze runs out on those long, lonely nights at sea.
