Massachusetts has more doctors per capita than almost any other state, and those on Romneycare can’t get care. There are also hikes in the “insurance” rates. The state is even having to hire bill collectors to pay those who haven’t paid their fines; lack of money isn’t taken as much of an excuse, either.
