I understand why you believe that. For me, she gets the benefit of the doubt that she has learned much and will shed all vestiges of the McQueeg influence. Her natural instincts are authentically conservative.

I'm still the pragmatist who would have preferred Fred to McQueeg in '08, and similarly prefers Sarah Palin to anyone who ran in '08. Until someone better throws their hat into the ring ....
