Depends on what poll you’re reading.
Some have a definite ‘beltway” slant.
But I agree, Romney is the insiders, elitist pick. He is who all the “experts” and republican establishment types want...so he polls well.
They are using the polling data to drive support, but, sadly, Romney will not get the job done.
This time we the people want to pick our candidate. We’ve had it with the Nixon,Ford,Bush,Dole,Bush,McCain,Romney insiders picks.
This is a year for a real conservative.
I was largely poking at the annoying anti-Romney rants at the open of every thread.
As though opposing views are unwelcome at FR....
