THANK YOU!
I didn’t have that YouTube downloaded to my collection.
All of his albums have Christian themes running through them, if you listen.
Some are just more “in your face” than others.
For the “Theatre Of Death” tour, after one of his songs [Usually “Vengeance Is Mine” he’d scream “REPENT!!!” and it would reverberate for what seemed forever. I loved it]...:))
My 2 favorites off of his unbelievable “Brutal Planet” album:
Brutal Planet:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0MoQZ6ovH8
Pick Up The Bones [about the Kosovo massacre]
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1ZuA7q5_Tc
And the amazing “Salvation” from “Along Came A Spider”
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07K-mapOKvI
Have you read “The Last Temptation” trilogy?
Totally cool and super creepy.
The ink and wash artwork is outstanding.
I have an autographed Part III and 2 sweat-wiped “Billion Dollar Baby” bucks that I cherish.

Our “theme” was “Come Sail Away”.
Ugh.
[I wanted “Wasted Days and Wasted Nights” but as a lowly yearbook photog, I really had no say in it]

Have seen Heart a number of times (and it’s always extra special when they come home to Seattle). Nancy Wilson is the main reason I picked up the guitar. Wanted to play the piano until I saw her on tv one night, and that was all SHE WROTE!

Sounds like you all had a great Thanksgiving, so glad you did.:)
Well Ms. Sunshine, get the heating pad and rest up. . . then find your sturdy dancing shoes, get granny and the girls, cause here's a "Good Morning Boogie-off Those Pies Workout".
Having problems with my links (maybe you could tell me what I am doing wrong) so you may have to key it in. . . "Tina Turner - Stones medley (Gelredome DVD")

Big fat Freddie (_!_)....she was such a knarley lady...she made a bad boy out of me.... I do believe it's: Left alone with big fat fanny, She was such a naughty nanny, Heap big woman you made a bad boy out of me... Don't know if anyone else has pointed this out...scrolled through quite a bit of this thread...

Very nice, although I probably wouldn’t know it from Bharata Natyam and Odissi (sp).
Here I am home alone on Thanksgiving night watching exotic young ladies dance :^)

No. . . we tried to find a copy of the comic book "The Last Temptation" when the album came out, but just didn't.
Didn't know there was a trilogy. Is it still available?
My yankee preacher/minster friend's son was Alice/Vincent and his wife's Sunday school teacher for a season in Phoenix back in the late 90's. Believe Alice is in ministry leadership now. He really has influenced many lives for the Lord. . . bless his heart

Actually I like Bharat Natyam better than Legung and Gamelan! I forgot - I’ll go do a search now.
At least you didn’t stuff yourself sick (or maybe you did)?
It’s just me and hub and I made chapattis and plain spinach.
I did read George Washington’s proclamation, though.

You can buy the whole trilogy sets on eBay for about $15-$20.
The artwork alone is worth it.
Alice teaches Sunday school at his church.
[and yeah, the kids probably all yell “School’s Out” at the end every Sunday]....:)
He’s also doing this

We had Thanksgiving dinner at an old folks’ home. It was just right — good quality and adequate quantity. I feel no need for another meal tonight!
We have a couple of professional Odissi dancers here in the Tri-Cities, although I haven’t seen them perform for some time. They seem to be able to keep that up at least into their 40s!
