If you like old cowboy western music then listen to bostonpete.com. O. J. Sikes is the host and I love listening to the music he plays.

YES! Now what was the song in the Fidelity Investments several years ago where the guy was doing his online trading thing and the band was playing in the room? The phone rings and he stops them while he takes the call.

Now you probably remember this one, since it was kind of a regional hit. I would always nearly about wreck the car when it came on the radio!

Some station played it the other day when I was on the road.

Yesterday I had mentioned The Starship concert in 1986 with Grace Slick I attended in Monroe, LA.

She also performed - flawlessly - this timeless classic.

-- For me, the LZ song that drives the train is `What Is and What Should Never Be'. It's that middle section with the reverb guitar and Plant's unbelievable vocal. --

LZ II was one of the first LP's I ever bought. Weird collection, BS&T II, LZ, In-a-Gadda-da-Vida, and Abbey Road.

Something that gets under my skin, a little bit, is the radio practice of playing Heartbreaker, then Livin' Lovin' Maid, then NOT Ramble On! I mean, Ramble On just has to follow Livin' Lovin' Maid.

Out of that old collection, LZ II, BS&T II, and Abbey Road have well withstood the test of time.

Leaves are falling all around...
Time I was on my way...

You got that right. Interestingly, what you list is much the same as what I had, in that day. Just add CTA, Magical Mystery Tour and (ugh) the Union Gap and there I was.

Actually, it’s kind of nice a station near you actually plays Heartbreaker whether Livin Lovin Maid follows or not. Industrial radio has driven me back to my CD colletion and YouTube.
