Cheerleaders are so cool.
They, and sports in general, are just a diversion from the fact.
Other than the value of competitive ability, stamina, devotion and coordination; cheerleaders offer only one thing. And the wife will kick your a$$ when she has such epiphany.

Pro cheer leaders today are far an wide, even up in Canada. Their names, parodies of the team's names, are clever.
For example, the Seattle Seahawks have te SeaGals. In Dallas, the Cowboys have the Cowgirls. Up in Edmonton Alberta, their CFL team Oilers have the Lubricants.
