While you’re test driving, put on the turn signal and look at the dome light. It MAY flash with the signal—electrical issues are a common thing among Camaros.
Thanks Perdogg. I hope I’m in before the “government motors” template appears.
It’s a dog.
Built by rabid dogs.
Yes, just think that you will be driving another POS Government Motors crap that your grand-kids will be paying interest on and supporting all of those democrap unions will give you a real kick.
My husband got one a couple of months ago, all black and the meanest “face” I have ever seen. It’s amazing how a man can so love an inanimate object. It’s the car of his dreams and he is a very happy man!
Sometimes you wind up at the pimps house, other times you get to see where the local drug dealer lives.
From my observation, a lot of fat chicks drive Camaros.
I wanted a Camaro, I want a Corvette even worse.
But I will settle for a low mileage Hummer H2.
The SUV that liberals and treehuggers hate.
There is no more status symbol cars because anyone can buy, rent or lease a fancy high dollar image car.
When I see somebody driving a super sleek sexy sports car or one that costs more than a large home I feel NOTHING.
In this time of a failed economy, lack of work, inflation and of course the political crisis and then the threats of enemies willing us harm I am just glad to have what I have and I go and check it to make sure its 100% reliable.
This nation will become like Mad Max, we will be driving vehicles just cobbled together, all fighting for something.
Looks to me like they just duplicated the Challenger for the most part. Not much of an attempt at originality or respect for the ‘real’ older Camaro. I owned an older Camaro at one time, although I will admit to being a MOPAR muscle-car fan. My Camaro had front-end problems that the dealer ‘fixed’ until the warranty ran out, then they wanted to charge me to actually fix it. I screamed and yelled and demanded a name and number to call in Detroit until they fixed it under warranty - for the fourth time. That experience spoiled me on any GM product.
Why buy Government Motors when private companies that manufacture in America (Ford, Toyota, Nissan) have muscle cars as good or better?
Other than practicality such as owning a P/U and 4WD I look for engineering, its collectability factor, its uniqueness.
Even an ugly car will be valuable in the future.
Being a master mechanic I may try building a kit car.
I posted a pic but it didn’t work.

Just kidding but why would you support the COMMIES?
It looks like a cross between a charger (back end) and a Mustang (front). No originality on GM’s part.
I have a 4 month old 2011 Mustang with the new 305hp V6.
Not only is it great fun to drive, it gets great mileage (25 in town 30+ on the road).
The suspension has been beefed up and the 1G tires that come on it mean that you can pull away from anything at a red light and not leave any rubber.
I have a 4 month old Kona blue 2011 Pony.
It is great fun and the new 305hp V6 gets great mileage.
