I’m not sure, but based on what’s happened so far in recent weeks, it could mean that even if you opt out of everything and leave the airport, the government could open up an investigation into you, your family, and your life so far. That’s what happened to the “junk man.”

Correct ... and if they do that, it goes to a court with a jury. Sounds like FUN, with counter suits and counter chargers, etc. Sounds like a LOT of fun. I loved the “Don’t Touch my Junk” guy’s response to that ... “bring it on.” In his case, especially ... they ESCORTED HIM OUT OF THE AIRPORT, so of course he left with permission. To say otherwise is just asinine sour grapes on the part of the TSA.
