will be seeing it today
and a side note.. my last three threads were removed as I am guessing some copyright infringement. Hope this flies..
Aren't they all thirty years old now?
this thread will soon be toast..
one of the pix has an AP signature even though it WAS NOT on the jpg
Movie ping.
Will bypass the hype, and wait for the dvd rental. (yawn)
Emma Watson now:
We got back from seeing it at 3am, so I’m up all night. Four theaters were running it at midnight. We were at the IMAX screen which was showing again after we left. Costumes were great! I had one Luna, one Tonks, three generic Griffinors, one generic Hufflepuff and Dad had his Dumbledore hat.
Amazingly well done, it flew by. You’ll want to read the book before the second movie comes out. There are many things left out.
Oh, and geez get the tissue box out. I wish we would have have a box or two for the end of this. My younger daughter and I were blubbering idiots.
Actually, they were the right ages when the first movie came out. Emma Watson was born in 1990, Radcliff in 1989 and Grint in 1988.

I hope you have a big screen tv. This movie needs a big screen.
Looks like a photo-shopped pic to me. Her face just doesn’t look normal.
Underneath all her clothes she's probably naked too!
You have my favorite tagline!
agree. some movies are okay for home watching (even if you have big screen etc.. IT IS NOT THE SAME)
Harry Potter & most of the sci/fi.. special effects movies are big screen flicks.
“There are many things left out.”
I thought they split it so that many things would not need to be left out.
I’m loathe to take my 10 year old daughter without hearing from someone who has seen it...please feel free to freepmail me, rather than blow it for those who have not seen it and don’t need to know certain things in advance... She handled HBP admirably (she did cry a lot over D), but frankly, I’m not sure how she is going to deal with well, certain losses that were in the 1st half of the book (and the last half...I’m just not sure we are going to do it with her at all).
the other thread is locked (AP PIX)
could you re-post your “castle” ?
man if I had the $$ I would buy this in a heartbeat
I am a former commercial real estate broker.. sometimes I miss it.. (always the $$$ -— rarely the hassle)
>>Harry Potter & most of the sci/fi.. special effects movies are big screen flicks.<<
We are spoiled with having an IMAX nearby.
I totally agree with you.
The chase sequence in the beginning is worth the 12.00 we paid.
>>D-BOX motion code<<
I didn’t know what this was but I REALLY want to see the next movie in one of these seats!
some 10 year olds do better than some 40 year olds
Each child is different. You know your little gal better than we do.
hope you will see it even if you decide she is not ready
Compared to the Dawson casting an American studio would do, that's not out of line.
