I make my own bread and buy the 25 pond bags at Sams, King Aurthur is twice the Price and the end product is the same. Rye, Whole Wheat, and Barley are difficult to buy in bulk but the quality between brands is minor in my experience.

I have been using quite a bit of King Arthur White Whole Wheat... Price isn’t any higher than others at WallyMart.

I have used it straight without any other flours and find that it gives you the whole grain nutrients but still develops the gluten for a good loaf/pizza/rolls, etc.

(have quite a few storage buckets of whole grain, but don’t always grind it - good thing it keeps for LONG time)
