I’ve got La Brea Bakery (Los Angeles) breads in freezer now — Olive loaf, French bread, Rosemary loaf — they keep really well — just defrost for awhile and slice, or, slice before freezing - take out a couple of slices at a time and keep in a baggie for a half hour and it’s fresh — or heat and eat. I’ve been freezing everything for decades, but I do have room for it. We only buy meat when we want to eat it that day............
