I have been using quite a bit of King Arthur White Whole Wheat... Price isn’t any higher than others at WallyMart.
I have used it straight without any other flours and find that it gives you the whole grain nutrients but still develops the gluten for a good loaf/pizza/rolls, etc.
(have quite a few storage buckets of whole grain, but don’t always grind it - good thing it keeps for LONG time)

I was just out in the garden nibbling on Cilantro. I have about one more day to get it picked and dried before it really gets cold around here...or snows! :)
