Only if you ignore the 2nd sentence, as well as the previous sentences.
My point was that if ALL you wanted to do was keep Romney out, it was easy — just vote for Obama.
But I would like to have a BETTER option. To have a better option, we need a conservative candidate that we can all support that wins the primary.
You always seem to choose phrasing that serves Mitt Romney, even if it is as nonsensical as that.
Palin gets 80% approval from primary voters, we can all unite around her, and leave your nasty old Romney man out in the cold. (without having to vote for Obama)
You Do make a valid point. The way to sink the Mittster is to have a bigger, better candidate.
What really put Mitt on the radar last time around was the DBM, who selected 'front runners' for the GOP long before things normally started, and then promoted them to keep the Republican primary in disarray.
That promotion by the MSM of Rudy, Mitt, and McCamnesty kept other candidates off the screen. When, ordinarily, people like Duncan Hunter would be getting their message out and building their campaign, the media was working hard to make sure not only no one heard of them but they were not heard--unless it would present them in a bad light. Even Republicans bought into the Alinsky tactics of the media, and the effect was primary elections with seven names on the ticket.
It would be best if weselected our own front runners now, and got the jump on the media. We're almost at the point they began promoting their GOP 'front runners', and I have already heard mumblings about Rudy and Mitt...
Let's look at Bohner, Bolton, Palin, Jindahl (is he a NBC?), and others and do our own weeding before someone else gets in there and pulls up the garden.
