How well I remember the ring! I was a very young woman when Diana married and got up early in the morning to watch the wedding.
I remember there was a rumor that Diana got a pick of engagement rings (or more likely, stones) and she picked out the largest sapphire! But, undoubtedly, it is a beautiful ring. I hope William’s wife wears it with more love and happiness than poor ole Diana.
Yes, I was 13 for the C & D wedding. What a spectacle! I had all the kitchy memorabilia, LOL. Can’t wait to see this one. She is going to make a stunning bride.
