Yeah, that and the obnoxious grin when he should probably have played the game with a much more serious look about him. Whether he is directly responsible or not, his dad has caused the game and his University a lot of embarrassment. I would think a little less pomp would be in order.

I didn't want him to be guilty, until cumulative actions throughout the game... including the sucker punch that should have been penalized 15 yards, put resulted in the eventual first touch down.

Be aware that the SEC is going to favor the team with the chance at the national title (the onside kick should have been reversed and Ca$h's touchdown at the end of the game was fumbled before crossing the goal). Alabama has it's work cut out.

You gotta lose the “sucker punch” meme.

It was an over the top stiff arm. Happens all the time in a man’s game.

It WAS over the top, and the REF told him so.

Your argument is more credible when you correctly call an action a “sucker punch”.

Fairly DID commit a cheap shot, (and drew a 15-yarder.) I’d call it that too. Newton did NOT throw a sucker punch.

What do you call the attempted chop block by #3 on Fairly? Justifiable cheap shot? Fair play? Be objective.
