BTW, the emergency brake cable rusted to the whatever and that's why the truck couldn't back up. After they replaced the cable, the truck had very low power while driving. $3400 later, I had the spark plugs replaced and got a new catalytic converter--an off-brand--not OEM. The truck runs great but is a little bit noisier than before because of the off-brand catalytic.
